In the last 2 weeks, I have had 3 packages that we're not delivered to Viabox. FedEx is telling me that Viabox refused delivery and Viabox is telling me that they do not refuse delivery and to ship with a different carrier.

The vendor only ships with FedEx, so this is not a solution.

I am ready to use a different mail forwarding service. This is a shame because I have been using Viabox for a couple of years now and have shipped many parcels and never had any issues. One month ago, I recommended Viabox to a friend and he had the same issue with refused delivery.

His package has gone missing while being returned to the shipper. I feel responsible and am wishing that I didn't recommend Viabox to him.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
