Viabox has the worst customer service imaginable.
An item that was delivered by courier (with confirmation) to Viabox 3 weeks ago never showed up in my 'arrived items'.
Customer service simply trot out the same line over and over and over again. 'We have sent a request to the warehouse.' They provide no real information, no action, no deadline and no customer satisfaction.
On top of this they have closed the related service ticket several times despite the issue not being resolved.
I am a long-time customer (despite their very expensive shipping costs), so it is especially disappointing to discover that I had just been lucky in the past receiving my items.
