Your item is there - you need to sign a USPS Document in the FAQ. It did the same to me, but they didn't tell me that it had arrived.

When you sign the document and return it, your item will be 'delivered' to them.

Overcharged for shipment

Had two items from the same company shipped to Viabox. Paid to have both items shipped together to the UK. Was told by Viabox I had only paid to ship one item so paid again to ship the second one. Received a call from UK customs telling me that the shipping details for the first package started that two items should have been shipped together and I was now liable to pay a customs charge. To cut to the chase Viabox lied about the shipping charges. Have tried emailing to complain but they have gone from making frankly ridiculous excuses to now ignoring the emails. Avoid this company as they are dishonest to the core.

here is my sad but not for long story.. purchased shoes and a bra for total cost of $ 80.00..got an email from viabox ready for them to ship my items ..so all i had to do was :click that button" by the grace of God i did not..instead went on asking viabox to send me pictures of my items..ignored and not a single reply ,,as i persisted got to chat with customer service asking them why was i charged $1.000 for my shipping so far they are bs me so i must take this matter to THE EXTREME ..SHAME ON YOU AND YES I WILL EXPOSE THEM IF THEY DON'T COME OUT CLEAN!

I want to post an update on my experience with Viabox.

I during all these 17 last days I chatted regularly 1 to 2 times per days with customer support I had to talk to people that really tried hard to help (Grace or Abe....) and other that didn't give a thing (Emil...).

Anyway they finally found the "lost" package and sent it to me yesterday.

As I was telling them that I had a very unpleasant first experience with Viabox and that as a minimum compensation they should offer a free shipping of this item, they offered a 30$ refund if ....

I remove my negative comment on this site and another one!!!

Needless to say that I refused such a bribe and now I am more motivated than never to share my experience with the maximum persons...

Pls to mew comers!!! Never use via box service!! Very bad !! I had bad experience dealjng with them! My parcel supposed to reach within 5 days but takes 3 weeks!!
