My package delivery is not shipped out

Phone call not answer. At first, seem like a legit phone number with automated voice telling you to press this number for this specific service. One you press a digit to be redirected to your specific need. It will let you on hold for about 1 min or less and hung up stating no one is answering. Unprofessional of them

Appalling Expensive not Tranparent

terrible viabox wasted my time - in the end was 2-3 x more expensive than quoted and i even had to discard my purchase as even domestic delivery in US was the cost of the vitamin bottle - why would i pay 40-70 USD to ship a bottle that is worth 23? - better going elsewhere

User's recommendation: Go Elsewhere save your time.

Resolved: Viabox, pure and simple robbery

I walked away and told hundreds of users to spend their money elsewhere... I was told by Support that it wasn't about 'Trust' but it is, I trusted them to be the hype they espouse, now I and perhaps many who read this review won't use them or trust them... perfect resolution.

Thought Viabox would offer a much less expensive rate after consolidation to send to Thailand. I was wrong, VERY WRONG! Viabox's cheapest consolidated shipping rate was 8, YES EIGHT times that of Amazon. Simply ridiculous! In fact their return fee for the items to Amazon in the US was 3, yes 3 times the price it cost to ship from Amazon to Thailand. Do not use this service, it offers no financial benefit whatsoever. Angry and frustrated, Repurchased the goods and had them sent direct from Amazon... So simple and cost effective. DON'T DO VIABOX, please.

they won't to ship my packages and wasting time.There is no phone number and no way to communicate except through live talk which is actually a misnoma as there is generally nobody there. 20 minutes between written responses is not unusual. 3 days is the avagage response time for emails. They refused to ship one item which they said can not ship to the provided address ( and its the same address which they shipped 6 shipments before ) every 2/3 day's they reply and ask for new thing like ID's after that USPS form .. or they can not ship to the provided address ( the same address which shipped already before ) and now they are saying they see package in my account has another name ( not my name ) and this not correct and wrong after i asked what name on package ? they don't reply

I want to post an update on my experience with Viabox.

I during all these 17 last days I chatted regularly 1 to 2 times per days with customer support I had to talk to people that really tried hard to help (Grace or Abe....) and other that didn't give a thing (Emil...).

Anyway they finally found the "lost" package and sent it to me yesterday.

As I was telling them that I had a very unpleasant first experience with Viabox and that as a minimum compensation they should offer a free shipping of this item, they offered a 30$ refund if ....

I remove my negative comment on this site and another one!!!

Needless to say that I refused such a bribe and now I am more motivated than never to share my experience with the maximum persons...

The worst experience I've ever had. Stay away

I used Viabox shipment calculator using data from Amazon regarding the product I wanted, Epson Home Cinema 2040 (14.6 x 14.3 x 7.2 inches, 9 pounds to Israel, TNT Economy 3-5 business days) and found that it should cost me about $100 (11 pounds billable weight). I ordered Epson Home Cinema 2040 from Amazon. It was received at Viabox ware house after 3 days. Amazon records show it was signed by WERTZWERTZ - which doesn't sound like a human being, more like gibberish. It took 2.5 days for the package to show in Viabox site. By this time I was very worried and thought maybe the package was somehow delivered to the wrong place. Note that I also used some other similar service (Buy2Usa). It took them less than an hour to update package arrival in their records. After package arrived I needed to pay for it $147.72 USD about %50 more than the info Viabox provided (18 billable pounds, to Israel, TNT Economy 3-5 Business days). I didn't understand where the 7 extra pounds came from and I couldn't see any option to repackage (which Viabox claimed is free), so I bit the bullet and ordered. Next day Viabox site claimed package was dispatched (still does - it says "dispatched: 2015-10-31"), but the tracking number was not functioning (TNT site did not recognize the tracking number) and then Viabox site went down for about a week. In this time it was impossible to get information. Then when Viabox site came back up, tracking number was still not functioning. It took 4 more days until tracking number was functioning. Then it said in TNT site Viabox actually dispatched the item on November 9th - 12 days after item was received at Viabox warehouse. All this time, I did not get any new information from Viabox support. All of this I learned by myself using info from Viabox site. And then I learned another piece of information: TNT estimate arrival date is November 24th - which is 12 business days and not 3 - 5 which I paid for 50% more than I expected, using Viabox shipping calculator. Viabox representative said they are sorry, mentioned they were hacked, and took no other action. Viabox were very unresponsive, every piece of information gleaned from their site was initially incorrect and took long days to even appear. Do youself a favor, and pick one of their competitors

Be very careful of viabox. They will not always provide you with receipts showing your purchase, only in their webpage can you see your item's details. If you check bbb.org, which is an established consumer protection agency, viabox or Viaddress has a F rating. F...

A shipping company that FedEx won't work with

Tried to get ViaBox to forward an item to my home in Canada... Here's the reply I got: Just wanted to let you know that FedEx is not accepting your package under SHPxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. The shipping carrier is not willing to accept your commodities and will be stopped in your destination country's Customs Office so we are obliged to ship your items with other carriers. We are working with FedEx to resolve this issue but since it will take us longer than expected we would like to ship your items via TNT, DHL or USPS. FedEx Priority shipping from all other US sources has no problem shipping to Canadian addresses. My guess is that VB is asking me to switch couriers who: 1. all charge more than FedEx, and 2. tag on huge customs brokerage fees further inflating my shipping costs What kind of freight forwarding company doesn't work with FedEx?
