Don't ever deal with these clowns, they will overcharge you for shipping rates. I compared one item which I had to another and the other company was a lot cheaper, when I asked Viabox about it they said that is their rates. The say they offer package consolidation but do not re-pack very well and just put in extra packing material in to look that it was re-packed. And the straw that broke it for me, was instead of contacting about a package that is reaching the 90 day limit, they made no contact and just disposed on the item This company: Viabox are run by a bunch of clowns and advised to stay away from them

after Viabox's shipping estimator said it would cost $80, I went ahead with the order. The package was 5 Lbs and I thought the 80 was pricey. Then when the parcel arrived, the actual shipping was $185. I complained, they aid they would repack and maybe it will be less, wait 5 days for this to happen. After a couple of weeks I made another purchase to try to leverage my shipping. Viabox refused the second order. I just paid the $185 and its been over a week and I haven't received my order. I notified the Attorney Generals office in Indianapolis

Viabox Refused Delivery - FedEx Issues

In the last 2 weeks, I have had 3 packages that we're not delivered to Viabox. FedEx is telling me that Viabox refused delivery and Viabox is telling me that they do not refuse delivery and to ship with a different carrier. The vendor only ships with FedEx, so this is not a solution. I am ready to use a different mail forwarding service. This is a shame because I have been using Viabox for a couple of years now and have shipped many parcels and never had any issues. One month ago, I recommended Viabox to a friend and he had the same issue with refused delivery. His package has gone missing while being returned to the shipper. I feel responsible and am wishing that I didn't recommend Viabox to him.

Viabox and Fedex

I have recently had three parcels not delivered to my unit by Fedex. Now I am reading online that many other people are having the same problem and that Viabox no longer accept Fedex or that Fedex will not deliver to them. After the first package was rejected they said to use another freight company or make sure it is delivered to the 127 East Windsor Ave address. I have asked them to explain. They just said to use another freight company. I cant dictate to the supplier who they use! Is there any hope of getting my packages delivered if the supplier uses Fedex? Does not look good

refused to accept fed-ex item with this explanation or warning: We are sorry for the inconvenience but the issue is not with Viabox but with FedEx. Kindly contact your vendor and ask them to file a claim for all your returned parcels. Kindly ask your vendor to reship using another shipping carrier. Thank you Best Regards, Customer Service Team now my e-bay item not received case is closed in favor of the seller who now has the item and the payment because I refused the package. No help from the help desk as you can clearly see with their reply to my mail.

Please stay away, i'm doing you a favour!!!

These guys are crooks, they charge you for Fedex and ship through the slowest shipping method they can find They dont provide support, they take over 20 days to ship out products, i thought i lost all my products that were shipped to these ***. Other people have the same experience, there's even a Video on these guys on Youtube made by another pissed off customer and i would advise you to have a look at that before you purchase any of their services Watch out, watch out, watch out, thats my last piece of advice to you. Horrible and worst experience - viabox.com

These guys are the worst in this industry, don't trust them with your shipments. They will hold your shipments for Weeks, not days., They will charge you 3 times over the actual value., they will not respond to your requests and will ship your products with the slowest carrier even if you've paid for Expedited Fedex. I've had 3000$ worth of products run through these guys, it was a huge risk and i'm glad after 2 weeks they dispatched my shipment when i thought i had lost my 3000$ investment in the goods i purchased. Don't use these people, i got lucky and my products were shipped, yours might not! All Facebook likes are Fakes.

Worst Company to deal with VIABOX.com

This company is the worst of it's kind My shipments arrived 10 days ago, I paid in full for Fedex Expedite shipping which was 3 times more expensive than what i would have paid to Fedex, not only did they not ship out my package, they delayed the whole process for 10 days and shipped out one package with TNT which takes 15 days to arrive My second package is still with them, stuck in a limbo, their customer support sucks, all facebook likes are Fake, Steer away if you don't want to loose your hard earned money with these guys. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!

Its been 7 days, no dispatch of shipment by Viabox.com

I got two shipments with these guys over the past 10 days, payment for shipping charges have been paid in full too, no response to support, they overcharge for all shipments and their calculator tool is *** I've seen other people get burnt too, they've even got some users creating videos on why not to use viabox.com, please void at any and all costs . Problem is we can't do anything much since we're out of the US, and they have 2000$ worth of our products with them at this point which is a lot for an average salary man Please avoid using their service, they previously were known as Viaaddress and they have 40000 Facebook likes which are all Fake/Bought likes so don't fall for that either
