VIABOX AND ARAMEX ARE SCAMS. DO NOT USE!!!
Viabox takes your money, provides no proof of shipment, keeps your shipment, and refuses refund. Aramex is just another name for the Viabox scam. I am happy to provide proof of their ***. DO NOT USE THEM.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
In April 2016, I had a box of books sent from Amazon to the Viabox shipping center in Portland, Oregon. I gave them $300 to ship to my address in Spain using "Aramex", one of their "choices" of "shippers". I never received. Aramex claimed the box was returned to Portland because of an "incomplete customs form". After several "chats" and emails with "Customer Service", Viabox claims the box was shipped but PROVIDED NO PROOF. NOR HAS ARAMEX PROVIDED ANY PROOF. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BOX, AND THOUGH I DEMANDED A REFUND, VIABOX HAS REFUSED.

Worst shipping company ever
I do ship a lot of things and through years i tried almost most of the shipping companies .... so recently and after seeing the reviews i decided to try VIABOX and man what a mistake ....
this is by far hands down the worst Spencerian with shipping companies i ever had , it all started when i wanted to ship some food supplements i bought from Amazon and after via box received the 4 shipments from amazon i requested to put them in one box so they told me they need 5 days so i waited then they said THEY CANT SHIP due to two extracts contain alcohol so i told them ok don't ship the two extracts ship the rest ....
and from 3 weeks till now nothing happening .... GUYS NEVER EVER USE VIABOX
Viabox is a total scam.
1. I requested my several deliveries to Viabox to be combined and mailed to me in Germany to reduce the shipment cost. The company did send a box that was in the size of 40cm X 15cm x 20cm with all my items, but charged me as if all my items were shipped separately. They also said that they did not get my email. However, I have an email verifying that they opened all my packages and looked at what is inside as well.
2. They did not inform me during payment that I could not ship liquids overseas with the carrier I picked (the cheapest one). They did not give me a choice how to handle the shipment when I was informed that liquids could not be shipped. Instead they automatically shipped a bunch and then sent the 2nd bunch with liquids using another carrier. During this process, they listed the value of the items as the total amount both deliveries, so I had to pay the customs charge for the box TWICE because both packages were labelled as $80 in value.
3. I was told that the shipment would be 3-4 days. Now delays are possible, but with services such as DHL or UPS, where you can track your package you do not expect a 2 week delivery when you paid for 3-4 day service. I spent $108 for a package of value $80 just for shipment and the package took not only 2 weeks to come, but I could not even track it for a week. They did not even ship the item for a week.
4. They did not mention any of the hidden costs. Both carriers charged me 25 euros of "release charges" in addition to customs fee (which I expected). After paying $108 for shipment for a 2 week delivery, I had to spend 50 euros for unknown release charges. The careers here told me that Viabox only paid my package to arrive to Germany but not to my door!

Endless issues with Viabox
I would not recommend this service unless you want to get instant headaches and spend a lot money.
At first I'm an european customer and I have some experience with such services already. Shipito was too expensive and I tried to find good replacement...
Viabox was all free and I was so amazed how well everything works. I ordered a few goods. Unfortunately I had to return part of my orders due to high weight of content... and the result? Unless you get lucky and get prepaid labels VIiabox will charge you for every *** package sent from them with price starting at 41- 110 USD ( that was almost price i paid to get one of boxes delivered to my country in central Europe) and that return was only within USA. I started to feel this is tad unfair so tried to find out options straight from UPS and I was shocked their prices are 3 x lower and does not offer any Saver or Priority ( what is the cheapest option of Viabox THEY said).. please be careful and do not feed those thieves.

VIABOX IS A SCAM DO NOT USE DO NOT USE
Sometime ago, i received some item using my viabox address, funny enough, they put a 14$ price tag on the page so as to deceive people. Image Viabox telling me to pay a shipping rate that is more expensive than the Item itself.
That not all, i contacted their Customer support to allow me use USPS which happens to be the best mail and prestigous courier. Guess what they say USPS do not ship to my destination despite the fact that i still got some item shipped to me through USPS 3 days earlier.
i guess i have to forgo the item with them. PLEASE DO NOT USE Viabox.

I've been used on line services for more than 10 years and never had any problems with any web based businesses. Viabox is the first one.
Thank you guys form VIABOX. It costed me money but it worth.
Now I will be never using any of them before precise due diligence.
- call to phones to make sure somebody answering
- check google map for physical address
- check "whois look up" for web site information
- read reviews in independent web sites
- even contact Internal Revenue Service or FBI for illegal activities

Stay away, too expensive
I used their service to buy a few gadgets and a small TUMI Bag.
Since they do not charge for opening an account, have no membership fees whatsoever, and are based in a tax free state, i thought i would use them cause i was saving around 90 dollars of Tax versus other companies that were based in states that charge amazon a sales tax.
Bottom line of my experience:
- They shipped with TNT, the cheapest and slowest shipper.
- They charged me for around 100% more than the other shippers. To give you an idea, according to them, my dimension weight for the bag was 30 pounds. Bare in mind that different companies calculate the dimension weights differently. They all multiple the depth by the height and the width, then they take the output and divide it by a certain number. Look like this number is very high with these guys.
When you compare this to others, it is around 3 times the weight i got with others.
I ended up paying much more for shipping than i would have paid for tax.
bottom line is stay away from them.

Resolved: I wish I had found this page before my terrible experience.
So basically, they OPENED the package. Jason Statham's #1 rule as the Transporter was, "Never open the package." THEY OPENED IT!
I was as shocked as if a server brought me a plate of mash potatoes, and right when she was to put it down in front of me... err... right AFTER... she stuck her finger in it and licked it off.
I would have been less surprised if that happened than Viabox opening my package, simply because I was using a remailer from within the United States.
In fact, from this page it seems clear that domestic market is not what they want. International markets, only. So they wouldn't ship it after opening it, and then they wanted to ship it back to the vendor. Long story (and about 11 emails) short, although I am getting a refund, the packages were actually discarded (about $50 worth), because they wanted to charge me the Fedex rate to ship it BACK to the vendors, who I remind you ... do not want the package.
I wanted the package. That's why I asked Viabox to ship it to me. So really their business is, "Send us stuff you want and we'll open it, ask nosy questions before shipping it back to your vendor. That'll be about 11 emails and $70, please."
Really the worst business experiences I've had so far in 2015.

Viabox scam DO NOT USE VIABOX
I tried to forward a video capure card from the US I baught on Ebay of 5 ounces in weight
and the only option was Fedex to Serbia
I asked them
Why do I have only Fedex as an option Which costs $160 to deliver to me in Serbia? Other reshipping companies have way less expensive shipping carrier options.
